Very nice staff, especially Illia at the front desk, were great to help and spoke multiple languages. Renovated rooms were really nice.
Extra charges of €10 per day per person for more than one person in a room were not clearly communicated. The location was further from the city center than expected, with a minimum 30-minute walk or expensive transportation options.

Great location near the congress centre and city centre by cab. Nice rooms with big bathrooms and comfortable bath. Large choice of good meals for breakfast. Helpful staff and reliable wifi.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect for us as we were attending a conference center very close by. The fact that it was also near a Metro station made it very easy for us to get around. The staff was great and very helpful, they even welcomed us with a lovely drink. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed such as a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big plus!

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The beds were comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.
